Job description
Compass Group USA, SSC Services for Education, is hiring a Unit Director to oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and security of assigned buildings. You will supervise janitorial staff, train supervisors, and ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality standards while maintaining a safe, equitable environment.
You will assign duties, inspect work, procure supplies, manage inventories, and ensure timely project completion within budget. Strong communication with managers and staff is essential.
