Job description
The Oneida YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Director on Duty to oversee daily operations, safety, and cleanliness of the facility across morning, evening and weekend shifts. This role requires supervising staff and volunteers, enforcing YMCA policies, and maintaining a welcoming environment aligned with our core values.
You will conduct safety checks, monitor building operations, handle member concerns, and ensure accurate reporting through shift logs.
