Facility Executive Director
We are seeking a compassionate and visionary leader to join our team as the Facility Executive Director at our beautiful facility in Middletown, OH . As a Facility Executive Director , you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
As a Facility Executive Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our facility, including strategic planning, budgeting, and staff management. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our mission and vision. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the facility, developing and implementing plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals
Manage and evaluate the performance of facility staff, including nurses, therapists, and support personnel
