Job description
The Facility Healthcare Program Manager (FHPM) oversees healthcare operations at ICE Health Service Corps facilities, ensuring accreditation standards, risk management, and quality improvement are woven into daily care delivery.
Reporting to the AHSA, the FHPM manages clinical programs, staff training, emergency preparedness, and supports safe, high-quality care for detainees and staff in medium to large facilities in Texas.
