Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).

Practice spans two connected buildings within walking distance
Previous SNF experience preferred but training available

100% geriatric population with average age 80+
Mask optional with complete vaccination status
