4 days per week - Mon - Fri, schedule TBD

One late night shift per week - 10 pm - 7 am

Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm

21 - 24 patients per day, all ages

Community health clinic setting

Must be comfortable prescribing birth control

Pregnancy options counseling required

Long-term commitment preferred
