Job description
Facility in WI Needs a Traveling Physical Therapist
Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Travel
Brookfield, Wisconsin
Starting Soon
M-F schedule — 38 hrs/week guaranteed, scheduled for 40
10 – 12 patients per day (50 – 60 visits expected per week)
Outpatient physical therapy setting
Primarily adult/geriatric ortho — some adolescent patients
Caseload includes chronic pain, work-related injuries, and sports med
Vestibular and pre/post-op cases included in caseload
Outpatient experience required
