Job description
Cox Automotive is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for our Manheim Dallas location in the telecommunications and media-driven automotive marketplace. In this role, you will oversee all building and grounds maintenance, ensuring auction and office spaces are safe, reliable, and fully operational. You will lead a small maintenance team, coordinate vendors, schedule and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and manage work orders and repair priorities. You’ll enforce safety and environmental standards, support facility upgrades, and partner closely with operations leaders.
