Job description
Cox Automotive is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for Manheim Dallas to lead on-site maintenance operations in a dynamic automotive auction environment. This role oversees building systems, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will plan and execute preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, manage vendors and contractors, and coordinate rapid response to urgent repairs to keep auction operations running smoothly. Leading a small team, you’ll enforce OSHA and company safety standards, manage work orders and budgets, and partner with operations leaders to prioritize projects in a people-first, collaborative culture with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
