Job description
Cox Automotive is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for Manheim Dallas in the telecommunications and media-driven automotive marketplace. In this on-site role, you will lead a small team maintaining buildings, auction lanes, and grounds to ensure safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems; coordinating vendors; managing work orders; and supporting facility projects. You’ll promote a strong safety culture, partner with operations leaders to minimize downtime, and help drive continuous improvement in a people-first, inclusive environment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
