Temporary Facility-Operations Assistant CoordinatorThe Temporary Facility-Operations Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the support of daily/as identified responsibilities and tasks as follows:CateringReceive breakfast deliveries from vendors & ~3x weekly breakfast/event set up and break down (T, W, Th)Assist with vendor deliveries and box breakdownClean up lunchroom and kitchenette throughout the dayStock/refresh snacks, dailyFill and clean coffee machinesStock kitchen suppliesStock coffee barAssist with event set up and breakdownAssist with catered lunch/site lunch set up & catered meeting requestsEnsure conference rooms are stocked with beveragesEscort service vendors as neededEvents set up/breakdown, assist with other needs and special events as neededIdentify and list items that need restocking for purchase and share with Facilities CoordinatorCheck food and beverage items expiry dates and discard expired items weeklySite ServicesReset and wipe down conference room tables dailyClean/Erase office conference room and bookable offices wipe boards dailyMorning walk through office upkeep, e.g. pull up window blindsClean Hybrid Desk locations and weekly desk and office dustingDust work surfaces and windowsills weeklySort and distribute mailNew hire desks set-up, e.g. add new hire name tags to office/cubicles, desk, drawers wipe downClean offices and cubicle locations upon staff departureAssist with room and furniture movesGeneral AdminMaintain receipts (scan and upload to appropriate files)Assist with maintaining shared calendar for Site Services teams (accurate & timely updates of events, visitors, etc.)Maintain budget spreadsheet to accurately reflect monthly spendAssist with other document management as neededAd hoc and other requests, able to pivot with last minute requestsContract Length: 6 months with the option to extend.Pay Range$25/hr. - $30/hr.Shift/HoursTuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
