Job description
Life Time is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the Operations department of the Life Time club. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and budget management while driving initiatives to maintain a high-quality member experience.
You will recruit, coach and supervise up to 40 team members, coordinate maintenance and projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards including CPR/AED and CPO certifications.
