Job Description
Position Criteria:
High School diploma or equivalent – required
Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
CPR/First Aid – preferred
Good oral communication and public relations skills.
Ability to work cooperatively while enforcing rules for facility use by community groups
Performance Responsibilities:
Supervise individuals/groups that utilize school facilities to ensure adherence to facility usage guidelines
Complete facility set-up according to contract specifications (Tables, Chairs, hoop adjustment and other equipment as needed)
Monitor facility conditions to ensure safety and minimize hazardous risk. Report any hazards to the supervisor. This includes tornado/fire safety, snow removal, and various certifications for hazards such as blood borne pathogens, CPR first Aid and OSHA regulations)
Complete general cleaning (empty trash, sweep floors, vacuum, etc....)
Unlocks facility doors at specified times according to contract specifications
Locks/secures facility doors after contract usage
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
