Job description
Mohawk Opportunities Inc. is seeking a Clinician – Criminal Justice Specialist to join our FACT team serving Albany and Schenectady counties. You will deliver integrated, community-based treatment for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring needs, coordinating justice-system involvement and services.
You will assess, plan, and provide crisis intervention, case management, and linkage to resources across office, home, and community settings. Travel and flexible field work are required.
