Job description
Baxters North America seeks an Operations Leader to oversee production activities, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and align with supply chain goals. You will direct cross-functional teams to execute the production plan and manage resources to meet customer demand.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business, 5–7 years in operations leadership, and strong proficiency in Lean, planning, and ERP/MES systems.
