The role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of approximately three to four days per week onsite in Cary, NC, while maintaining flexibility to support business needs. You will also gain exposure to international collaboration through partnerships with teams across North America, Sweden, and India.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Strong knowledge of power systems, control theory, and power electronics applications.

Experience with MATLAB, real-time simulators, or similar modeling and simulation tools. FACTS, HVDC, or utility power systems experience is highly preferred.
