Job description
American Electric Power (AEP) invites an engineer to commission, operate, test and maintain FACTS and HVDC facilities, including STATCOMs, SVCs, Series Capacitors, Synchronous Condensers, ESS, RPCs, and related systems serving the transmission grid. You will lead on-site activities, perform testing, and ensure reliability while following documentation practices. Required: ABET-accredited engineering degree and 2+ years of related experience; PAT completion.
