Job Details
Mercer University's Georgia Baptist College of Nursing seeks applications for multiple full-time, 9‑month, non‑tenure track faculty positions. The faculty will teach in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program on the Macon campus.
Responsibilities
Teach in the traditional BSN track on the Macon campus.
Contribute to the advancement of the nursing profession and higher education through scholarship and service.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's in nursing from an accredited university/college
Unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Philosophy commensurate with Mercer University's mission and values
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in nursing or related field
A minimum of two years of full-time academic experience
Evidence of scholarly productivity in area of expertise
Familiarity with CCNE accreditation standards
Additional Information
Background Check: Selection of final candidates is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience.
