Qualifications:
Experience in Failure Analysis.
Need to identify root causes of hardware failures during development and in customer environments
Required equipment experience includes optical microscopes, CT scans, X-ray analysis, EDS, FTIR, and thermal analysis tools.
Candidates would have both electrical engineering and materials science backgrounds
