Job description
Clay Lacy Aviation seeks a Dedicated Director of Maintenance to oversee maintenance programs, inspections, analytics and project management for three Dassault Falcon 900 aircraft at our Nashville base (KBNA). This full-time role requires FAA A&P certification, 10+ years in aircraft maintenance, and leadership experience with subcontractors.
You will manage budgets, schedule maintenance, coordinate with flight crews and vendors, and ensure safety compliance across Part 91 operations.
