Job description
Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Santa Fe seeks an RN Manager for the Family Birthing team. You will oversee clinical operations, nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care, and manage staffing and workflow to ensure safe, compassionate, evidence-based practice.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, implement policies aligned with regulatory requirements, and promote education, quality improvement, and patient-centered care for families.
