Job description
Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, seeks a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities. You’ll guide families through the FCT model with on-call crisis support and a focus on durable, client-centered outcomes.
Requirement includes NC QP eligibility, advanced degree in human services, active license or certification, and a valid driver’s license.
