Job description
Health Connect America seeks a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to provide psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families using the FCT model.
Role includes delivering services in home and community settings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating treatment plans with teams. A Bachelor's degree and two years’ youth/family experience are required; FCT certification is preferred. Full-time with benefits.
