Job description
Health Point Family Care Inc in Kentucky is seeking a Family Dentist to join a collaborative EDDA team with a full-time hygienist. The position offers a base salary up to $180,000 for 36 hours across five days, plus production and quality bonuses.
A $20,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of continuous service. The role supports high-volume patient care with 20–25 visits per day, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, health/dental/vision options, and a 401(k)
