Job description
Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking a devoted Wraparound Support Specialist to work with families and collaborate closely with the wraparound facilitator. The role may include direct services to families and focuses on empowering families toward self-efficacy.
You will connect families with community resources, provide education to parents, and act as a mediator to ensure timely, individualized services within care plans. Travel to client sites is required.
