Job description
Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support families in Transitional Housing.
You will assess needs, develop living plans, and coordinate services to promote housing stability and income growth. Through advocacy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community partners, you will help clients set and reach meaningful goals while ensuring DHS, OTDA, and Win program requirements are met.
