Job Overview
We are seeking highly qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our outpatient practices within a physician-led healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity to practice community-based medicine with a strong support system and a focus on work-life balance.
Physicians will provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting with light call responsibilities (phone coverage only) shared across the health system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Participate in shared, low-volume on-call rotation (phone only)
Required Qualifications
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine
MD or DO degree (Doctorate required)
Eligible for medical licensure in New York
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred Profile
New graduates (Residents/Fellows) encouraged to apply
Interest in community-based healthcare
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 (based on experience)
