Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
Coverage Period: Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible)
Call Type: Rotational (telephone call only)
Call Ratio: 1:10
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)
Patient Volume/Census: 15-30 patients/day
Phone Consults: Yes
Case Mix: General outpatient family/internal medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: EPIC - HIMSS Stage VII certified
Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic tools
Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians
Support Staff Available: Shared office with a Primary Care Provider
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days post-offer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients
See 15-30 patients per day
Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation
Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR
Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers
Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network
