Job description
Strata Legal Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Family Law Attorney to join an established New Jersey law firm with offices in Essex County and across the state.
The practice handles a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.
This opportunity offers meaningful client interaction, substantive litigation experience, and the ability to manage matters from inception through resolution with support from an experienced, collaborative team.
Qualifications
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
Experience handling matrimonial and family law matters
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent client relationship and case management abilities
Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation ranging from $150,000 to $210,000+ , depending on experience
Higher compensation may be available for senior attorneys based on experience, portable business, and the scope of the role
