Job description
Growing Community Medical Center is looking to hire a Family Medicine physician in the Glendive, MT area.

Fully guaranteed salary: $280,000 – $300,000, depending on experience

7 weeks of annual time off
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for CME
Relocation assistance: free temporary housing for 6 months

Your Role
4.5 day work week
14–16 patients per day
Team: 2 FM providers and 1 midlevel
Call ratio: 1:4, mostly by phone and minimal in‑person
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine
Medical license in Montana
Location
Eastern Montana, approximately one hour’s drive from Miles City. The area offers outdoor recreation such as fishing, hunting, and hiking in nearby national parks.
