Job description
This award-winning, independent hospital in Illinois is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join their outpatient clinic and welcomes candidates early in their career. Position Highlights:

4-day work week with moderate patient volume and flexible, shared call among seven providers
Compensation Details:
Guaranteed, ongoing $349,000 base salary plus production bonus
Total earning potential to $450,000+
Strong incentives geared to early-career physicians, including a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, and both 403b and 457 retirement programs
