Job description
SMG System Medical Group is seeking Advanced Practice Professionals to provide patient-centered care in a family medicine ambulatory setting. The role supports physicians, nurses, and staff, delivering evidence-based care within scope and specialty.
Training covers comprehensive evaluations, testing, and follow-up plans. The APP will work with a multidisciplinary team, facilitate care coordination, and contribute to ongoing education and quality initiatives.
