A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in South Bend, Indiana is hiring an experienced FNP or PA for a 100% outpatient primary care role. No hospital rounding. No call. Requirements
FNP (ANCC/AANP) or PA (NCCPA) certified
Valid Indiana license or eligibility
2+ years NP/PA experience in primary care
BLS certified
Spanish-speaking a plus
