Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) for our Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT. You’ll join a 4-physician/3-AP team delivering high-quality family medicine care with a focus on patient experience.
This is a full-time on-site role, with hours typically 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday, and an on-call rotation roughly every 7 weeks. Expect credentialing, ongoing CME support, and a strong collaborative culture.
