Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP in Mahomet, IL for a typical M-F, 8:00a-5:00p schedule. You will work with a collaborative team including physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting.
There is a possibility for in-office procedures with a broad patient mix, primarily adults and about 20% pediatric patients. Illinois licensure and APRN/PA credentials are required.
