Family Medicine APP (experienced) - Rural Health Clinic in Columbia, NH
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our rural health clinic in Columbia, NH.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans
Counsel patients on preventive healthcare and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications: Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in family medicine
Active state license and DEA registration
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a primary care or family medicine setting
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort working in a rural healthcare setting
