Job description
Premier Community HealthCare Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine and Pediatric teams in Spring Hill, FL. The APRN will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and coordinate care with supervising physicians and the care team.
Responsibilities include documenting encounters in the EHR, participating in quality improvement, mentoring staff, and supporting community outreach.
