Job description
Premier Community HealthCare Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/ Physician Assistant (APRN/PA) for its Family Medicine department in New Port Richey, FL. This full-time role focuses on primary care, chronic disease management, prevention, and seamless collaboration with supervising physicians and care teams.
The APRN/PA will document encounters in the EHR, participate in quality initiatives, and may travel between Premier locations as needed, including after-hours on-call
