Job description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) $285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus (half up front and the remainder after the 1st year)
$10,000 Relocation Assistance

12-16 patients per day in clinic
3 NP’s and 1 PA on-site
No Call - Excellent work-life balance
EMR - Meditech

Must acquire CO licensure

1 Hour Drive to Pueblo, 1.5 Hours to CO Springs
