Job description
NP Now, LLC is seeking an Assistant Medical Director for Family Medicine in Santa Fe, NM. This leadership role combines clinical care with administrative duties, reporting to the CMO, with a 50/50 split between patient care and leadership responsibilities.
The position offers a base salary of $285,000 with potential to earn an additional 15% in bonuses, plus a leadership stipend and comprehensive benefits. Relocation not specified; live in beautiful Santa Fe while leading a growing team.
