Job description
UnityPoint Health is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN or LPN) for our Family Medicine team in South Sioux City, NE. This outpatient role supports physicians, coordinates care, educates patients, and documents in the EHR to ensure high-quality care throughout the patient journey.
The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with benefits. You will help coordinate referrals, provide patient education, and foster a welcoming, efficient clinic environment for the South Sioux City community.
