Job description
Position Details:
$450,000 base salary guarantee, $50K retention bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including IPERS
Split schedule with 2 days per week in the outpatient clinic and 3 protected admin days dedicated to Chief Medical Officer responsibilities
Serve as the clinical leader for the organization by advancing quality initiatives, physician engagement, patient safety, and performance improvement across the health system
Collaborate with the CEO, executive leadership team, Board of Directors, and Chief of Staff to establish strategic priorities, strengthen clinical operations, and drive organizational excellence
Previous physician leadership experience is required; prior CMO experience strongly preferred
