About the Facility The facility operates as a tribal health clinic delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages. The clinic functions as a solo-clinician setting with established clinical protocols to support consistent care delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of the population served.
About the Facility Location The assignment area offers access to regional attractions and destinations across the state. Cultural and educational venues, outdoor recreation opportunities, and community events are available throughout the region. Clinicians will find a range of year-round activities, including opportunities for hiking, winter sports, and engagement with local arts and cultural programming.
About the Clinician's Workday The NP will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site tribal health clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across all age groups. After-hours call coverage is required and is conducted by phone. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
