Role Responsibilities
Deliver thorough, continuous care for individuals and families across all ages, from children to seniors.
Oversee chronic disease management, preventative health, acute care, and mental health with a focus on patient-first practices.
Perform physical assessments, interpret medical tests, and design tailored treatment strategies.
Work in partnership with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialty providers for holistic treatment.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient care and operational performance.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and current patient documentation.
Provide care both in-person and via telehealth options to cater to patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency from an accredited program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Must be eligible for or possess an active Texas medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
