Family Medicine Doctor - MD

Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families at all life stages, from children to seniors.
Manage chronic illnesses, offer preventive care, address acute health issues, and support mental well-being with a patient-centered mindset.
Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies.
Work collaboratively with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and various healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
Use electronic medical records (EMR) systems to keep accurate and current patient documentation.
Provide care in person and via telehealth options to meet patients' needs and preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
Board certified in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid Washington medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Proficient diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on preventive care.
Familiarity with value-based care and a desire for continuous improvement.
Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with technology, including EMRs and telemedicine solutions.
