Overview
Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician in the Morgantown metro area, West Virginia. This outpatient-only opportunity offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and minimal call. Start date ASAP. Pay rate: $246,947.00 - $300,000.00.
Practice Highlights
Ambulatory Family Medicine / Primary Care
Full-scope FM (OB not required)
No inpatient responsibilities
Adult medicine focus across sites
Minimal, phone-only call — 1 week per quarter
Compensation
Competitive base salary with productivity incentive
Quality Incentive — 1% of base salary per metric (6–7 quality metrics available)
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Training stipend available
$10,000 relocation stipend
Quality improvement projects count toward CME
