Family Medicine Faculty Physician
Clearwater, Florida
We’re hiring a Family Medicine Faculty Physician who wants to spend more time shaping future physicians while maintaining a meaningful connection to patient care.
You’ll step into an outpatient academic role built around approximately 60% residency education and 40% direct patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and develop Family Medicine residents while continuing to practice clinical medicine.

You are Board Certified in Family Medicine
You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Florida medical license
You’re passionate about resident education and physician mentorship
Graduate Medical Education experience is strongly preferred
You enjoy balancing academic responsibilities with direct patient care
You value teaching, collaboration, and mission-driven medicine
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $220,000, with higher compensation based on experience
Performance bonus opportunity up to $30,000 annually
Medical insurance with 95% of the employee premium covered by the employer
