Job description
Essentia Health’s Family Medicine Float Pool offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment across Hermantown, Lakeside, Lakewalk, Proctor, West Duluth, Moose Lake and other sites as needed. The role emphasizes patient-centered care with flexible hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and ample clinical support from Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, and more.
No on-call obligations are required, and the team leverages EPIC and DAX AI to streamline notes and reduce paperwork.
