Competitive two-year salary guarantee ($314,700-$335,000 at 1.0 FTE), including a signing bonus, with the ability to receive the greater of guarantee or production compensation
Full-time and Part-time Options Available
Several practice locations to meet your needs and interest
Outpatient only call with nurse triage as first point as contact
Call is by phone, one week/year
Collaboration with MTM Pharmacists, Care Coordination, Nurse Call Center, Diabetes Educators, Community Paramedics, and Social Workers
No evening or weekend schedule requirements
Strong Work/life balance

Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School
Completion of an accredited ABMS-approved Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Ability to obtain a Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license
Valid DEA Registration
