Job description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
* $285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
* $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (half up front and the remainder after the 1 st year)
* $10,000 Relocation Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAIL Family Medicine (FM)
* Family Medicine - 100% Outpatient
* 12-16 patients per day in clinic
* 3 NP's and 1 PA on-site
* No Call - Excellent work-life balance
* EMR - Meditech
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL Family Medicine (FM)
* MD/DO
* BE/BC
* Must acquire CO licensure
